In marble, he found his calling—a material that captivated him and with which he built an intimate relationship. With each new piece, this bond is renewed. Through a continuous dialogue with the stone, over many years he gained not only technical mastery but also profound insight, as the marble gradually yielded its secrets to him throughout his long journey as a sculptor.
